Great news for fellow bookworms employed at Ohlone; the library is getting more money for books!
According to the minutes from the Faculty Senate meeting on February 20, 2008, one planning agenda in the recent Accreditation Self Study focused on increasing the library's book fund from from$25K to $50K.
What's more, the minutes indicate that "this has been done." The result? $50K for books and $25K for periodicals.
